Sigmapack Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering reliable products backed by prompt and efficient service support. Our warranty and after-sales service policy ensures complete customer satisfaction and long-term trust.
Warranty Policy
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against any defects in material or workmanship.
At our discretion, defective parts will be repaired or replaced by our authorized service engineers.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, power surges, mishandling, negligence, use of duplicate parts, fire, or servicing by unauthorized personnel.
The following items are excluded from warranty coverage: plastic parts, curtain fabrics, heating elements, heaters, Teflon belts, and other consumable components.
Warranty service is free of charge within a 15 km radius of our factory premises in Ahmedabad. Beyond this range, travel expenses will be charged at ₹10 per kilometer, along with applicable lodging charges if required.
For major repairs, customers are required to send the machine to our workshop, with transportation costs (to and fro) borne by the customer.
Installation of machines, if requested, will be charged separately based on the distance and requirements.
