Warranty Policy

  • We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against any defects in material or workmanship.

  • At our discretion, defective parts will be repaired or replaced by our authorized service engineers.

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, power surges, mishandling, negligence, use of duplicate parts, fire, or servicing by unauthorized personnel.

  • The following items are excluded from warranty coverage: plastic parts, curtain fabrics, heating elements, heaters, Teflon belts, and other consumable components.

  • Warranty service is free of charge within a 15 km radius of our factory premises in Ahmedabad. Beyond this range, travel expenses will be charged at ₹10 per kilometer, along with applicable lodging charges if required.

  • For major repairs, customers are required to send the machine to our workshop, with transportation costs (to and fro) borne by the customer.

  • Installation of machines, if requested, will be charged separately based on the distance and requirements.
